Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven individuals with a strong understanding of the credit card market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincing skills, along with the ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell credit card products to prospective customers through telephone.

Understand market trends, competition, and customer requirements

Achieve assigned targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

Provide accurate product information through telephone and guide customers through the application process.

Should have basic knowledge in Telephone etiquettes.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation in any discipline

Excellent communication skills

Strong convincing ability and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of the credit card market and consumer behaviour

Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented attitude

Prior experience in sales, banking, or financial services will be an added advantage
