The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling patients, explaining treatment plans, handling inquiries, and coordinating appointments while ensuring a positive patient experience.Key Responsibilities:Counsel new and existing patients regarding clinic services and treatmentsExplain treatment procedures, plans, and packages clearly to patientsHandle patient queries, concerns, and follow-upsSchedule and manage patient appointmentsCoordinate with doctors and clinic staffMaintain patient records and basic documentationEnsure patient satisfaction and smooth clinic operationsRequired Skills & Qualities:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle patients with empathy and professionalismGood convincing and counseling skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel / clinic software preferred)Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or healthcare counseling is an advantageQualification:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferredFreshers can apply; experience in healthcare counseling is a plusSalary:As per experience and skills
