Urban Immigration is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Visa Counselor to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, experience in visa counseling, and a passion for helping clients achieve their study, work, or immigration goals, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel clients regarding Study, Tourist, Visitor, and PR visa options.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
Explain visa processes, documentation requirements, and eligibility criteria.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure smooth file processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the application process.
Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience as a Visa Counselor or in the immigration industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sales, counseling, and client-handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of visa procedures and documentation.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
What We Offer:
Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹27,000 per month
