Tele Counsellor – Domestic (Aviation Sector)
📍 Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
🛑 Week Off: Fixed Sunday off
📚 Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
💼 Experience: Freshers to 5 years (Outbound BPO experience preferred)

💰 Salary Details:

• Freshers: ₹16,000 (in-hand) to ₹20,000 CTC

• Experienced Candidates: ₹21,000 – ₹26,000 (In-hand = CTC | No PF deductions)
  

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound calling to potential student leads (provided by the company)

• Encourage attendance at free walk-in seminars

• No field work involved – strictly calling-based role

• Daily calling targets to be met
  

🔸 Requirements:

• Clear and fluent communication in Hindi and English

• No MTI/RTI – clear speech is essential

• Age between 18 to 34 years

• Confident, talkative, and persuasive personality

• Medically fit

• Target-driven attitude
