Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Evaluate client profiles to determine eligibility for various visa categories (e.g., Study, Tourist, Work, PR) and recommend the best immigration pathways.

Documentation & Filing: Guide clients in gathering mandatory documents, review them for accuracy, and assist with filing visa applications and university forms.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changing embassy requirements, immigration laws, and policies for destinations like Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA.

Client Support & Follow-up: Act as the primary point of contact, providing updates on visa status, addressing queries, and offering interview preparation. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Law, or a related field is often preferred, though many agencies hire individuals with strong communication skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain procedural details and build rapport with clients.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous document verification is required to prevent application rejections due to minor errors or missing paperwork.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with international education and immigration application platforms (e.g., ApplyBoard) is highly valued, especially for study abroad counselors.

The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the data remains accurate, accessible and contributes to smooth operations.

Verify data accuracy, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.

Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification +2 and Experience Range. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days during the Day shift.
