Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Counsellor to guide aspiring MBBS students and their parents regarding overseas medical education. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counselling abilities, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities abroad.

- Explain university options, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and admission procedures.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.

- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.

- Guide students throughout the admission process, including documentation and application procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing timely support and guidance.

- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

- Stay updated on admission policies, university requirements, and MBBS abroad trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Counselling, Education Counselling, Overseas Education, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
