Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Counselor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
Maintain and update lead details in the CRM.
Schedule campus visits and coordinate with the admissions team.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
