Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from potential clients
• Understand client profiles and suggest suitable visa options
• Provide accurate information about visa processes, eligibility, timelines, and documentation
• Guide clients through documentation and application stages
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth case handling
• Maintain client records and update CRM regularly
• Ensure high level of client satisfaction and professional communication
