Job Description

We are hiring a female Education Counsellor who is passionate about guiding students and professionals toward global education and employment pathways, particularly in Germany through language training, Ausbildung, and healthcare placement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel candidates (walk-ins and online) regarding study and work opportunities in Germany and Europe.

• Explain German language training, Ausbildung programs, and job roles abroad.

• Assist with documentation, applications, and visa-related processes.

• Maintain daily follow-ups and track candidate progress.

• Coordinate with placement and training teams for smooth onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only

• Graduate or postgraduate in any stream (Education, HR, Psychology preferred).

• 1+ year of experience in counselling/education consultancy preferred (freshers with good communication skills may apply).

• Fluent in English and Hindi (German language skills are a plus).

• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
