Key Responsibilities

-Counsel prospective students and help them choose the right course.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and social media handles.

- Explain course features, fees and career opportunities.

- Convert enquiries into admissions by building trust and rapport.

- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions in the CRM.

- Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth onboarding.

- Achieve monthly admission targets while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, education sales, telecalling, or a similar role.

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Marathi will be an added advantage.

- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
