Role Purpose

The Student Support & Admission Officer (SSAO) is responsible for counselling students and parents, driving enrollments, ensuring smooth onboarding, and delivering a delightful end-to-end student experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets through counselling, course selling, up-selling & cross-selling

• Counsel students and parents via in-person meetings, calls, and emails

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding fees

• Handle student onboarding and related administrative activities

• Build strong relationships with students & parents and resolve concerns promptly

• Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales persuasion and counselling skills

• Calm, empathetic, and patient approach while dealing with students & parents

• Excellent communication skills in English and the regional language

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/Sales tools

• Customer-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

• Preferred: BTech / MBA / Master’s in Psychology / Education

• Minimum 1 year experience in:

  • Educational counselling OR

  • B2C sales across industries
