Conduct daily field visits across the allocated territory to engage with prospective clients face-to-face. Generate new business leads by making 15–20 visits and holding 6–7 meaningful conversations each day. Present and promote core solutions such as: Internet Leased Line (ILL) PRI/SIP Trunking Smartflo Cloud Telephony SD-WAN Engage with key decision-makers like IT Heads and Company Directors to understand business requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain accurate daily reporting and funnel tracking and regularly update the Cluster Lead on progress.
Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in field sales (preferably in telecom, ISP, SaaS, or B2B domains). Must own a bike with a valid driving license and a full-face helmet. Willingness to travel extensively by bike for client visits. At least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Preferred Qualities: Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Ability to work independently with high accountability. A go-getter mindset with a focus on results and customer satisfaction. Prior experience in telecom or IT sales will be a plus.
