Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export-Import Sales Executive to join our growing team at GFE. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of sales operations, export-import documentation, and client relationship management, with at least two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:


Generate and manage international and domestic sales leads.


Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas buyers.


Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close deals.


Coordinate with logistics and documentation teams for smooth order execution.


Handle export-import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, etc.


Follow up on payment collections and client satisfaction.


Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activity.


Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, or buyer meetings if required.

Proven sales experience in the export-import or trading industry.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and documentation.


Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).


Self-motivated, result-driven, and target-oriented.
