Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and Understand Company Programs:

• Develop a solid understanding of the technical training programs offered by our company.

• Be eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends and educational needs.

1. Initiate and Build Relationships:

• Reach out to TPOs, HODs, and Principals of engineering colleges to introduce our programs.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.

1. Assist in Seminar/Workshop Coordination:

• Collaborate with the team to assist in the planning and coordination of events on college campuses.

• Learn the logistics of organizing seminars, workshops, and training programs.

1. Achieve Outreach Targets:

• Work towards set targets for securing partnerships and hosting events on college campuses.

• Receive mentorship and guidance to enhance skills and meet objectives.

1. Feedback Collection and Improvement:

• Gather feedback from colleges and participants to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Provide insights and suggestions for refining our outreach strategies.
