Learn and Understand Company Programs:
Develop a solid understanding of the technical training programs offered by our company.
Be eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends and educational needs.
Initiate and Build Relationships:
Reach out to TPOs, HODs, and Principals of engineering colleges to introduce our programs.
Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.
Assist in Seminar/Workshop Coordination:
Collaborate with the team to assist in the planning and coordination of events on college campuses.
Learn the logistics of organizing seminars, workshops, and training programs.
Achieve Outreach Targets:
Work towards set targets for securing partnerships and hosting events on college campuses.
Receive mentorship and guidance to enhance skills and meet objectives.
Feedback Collection and Improvement:
Gather feedback from colleges and participants to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Provide insights and suggestions for refining our outreach strategies.
