  Urban/Rural portfolio, IndusInd).

• Make outbound calls to customers for EMI, credit card, or loan collections.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and company policies during every interaction.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up actions.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Communicate professionally and clearly with customers to resolve payment issues
