Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding loan penalty / overdue remindersHandle calls in a polite, professional, and customer-friendly mannerExplain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment options clearlyFollow up with customers and update call remarks in the systemResolve basic customer queries related to loan accountsEnsure no harassment or pressure tactics are used during callsMaintain compliance with company policies and calling guidelinesProcess HighlightsSoft calling process only (No aggressive recovery)
