Contacting individuals or businesses with outstanding balances via telephone to request payment.

Collaborating with customers to resolve payment-related matters and secure overdue payments.

Maintaining precise and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers.

Addressing customer inquiries and effectively resolving any payment-related issues that may arise.

Achieving or surpassing the collection targets established by the organization.

Providing regular updates to management regarding collection progress and related matters.
