Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Tele Collection Executive who is fluent in Marathi to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for following up with customers for overdue payments through outbound calls and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collection calls in a professional manner to customers in Marathi, and when required, in Hindi/English.

• Remind customers of pending payments and negotiate repayment terms.

• Maintain and update records of calls and customer responses in the system.

• Handle objections and ensure customer concerns are addressed.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with the internal finance or recovery team as needed.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
