Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Acuerdo India Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹46000 [12000 to 16000 fixed salary + Incentives ( It depends on your performance)] and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue loan payments.

• Remind customers of their due dates and educate them about repayment options.

• Organize and maintain physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Good Knowledge of Collection Process and Loan products.

• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.

• Negotiate and follow up for timely payments to reduce delinquency.

• Address customer queries and escalate unresolved issues to the senior team.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

• Build positive customer relationships while maintaining firmness on recovery.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift work from office.
