Cluster/ Club Manager – WTF Gyms

Role:
Responsible for managing the overall operations, sales, revenue, and team performance across multiple WTF Gym locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor performance of multiple gym branches.
Drive membership, personal training, and overall revenue targets.
Lead and motivate club managers and sales teams.
Monitor daily operations, customer experience, and service quality.
Track KPIs, sales performance, and branch profitability.
Conduct regular reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
Resolve operational and customer-related issues.
Ensure SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and brand standards are maintained across clubs.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, retention, and revenue.
Preferred Profile:
3–6 years of experience in gym/fitness, hospitality, retail, QSR, or multi-unit operations.
Strong leadership, sales, and team-management skills.
Comfortable travelling across multiple locations in Delhi NCR.
Target-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
