We are hiring dynamic Tele Sales Executives to connect with business owners and vendors to onboard them onto our online platform. The role involves explaining platform benefits, addressing queries, and converting leads into successful registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to business contacts to pitch the benefits of joining our online selling platform.

·         Educate vendors about how to list and sell their products online.

·         Follow up with leads, explain onboarding procedures, and assist with registration.

·         Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with lead status.

·         Achieve weekly/monthly conversion targets.

·         Work closely with the onboarding and support team to ensure a smooth vendor experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

·         Education: Minimum Graduate (Degree is mandatory).

·         Languages: Must be able to communicate fluently in English and Tamil.

·         Experience: Freshers can apply. Preference will be given to candidates with tele sales or online sales experience.

·         Skills:

o    Good verbal communication and persuasion skills.

o    Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital platforms.
