Understand their load requirements (route, vehicle type, timeline)
Share truck availability and freight details clearly
2. Load Booking Coordination
Collect complete load details from the client
Coordinate with the supply team or truckers to match the requirement
Confirm the booking and share updates
3. Trip Monitoring
Track the loading and delivery status
Update clients if there are any delays or changes
Ensure proper follow-through until delivery is complete
4. POD (Proof of Delivery) Follow-up
Make sure POD is collected after delivery
Share PODs with the operations team for payment clearance
5. Client Relationship Building
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients
Encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty
6. Basic Reporting
Log daily bookings and communication in the shared Google Sheet or CRM
Report placement performance weekly
