We are hiring a Client Coordination & B2B Sales Associate to manage client communications, coordinate with teams, and ensure smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include cold calling, lead generation, CRM management, and outreach via LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and Google Meet. Ideal for those with client handling or CRM experience seeking growth in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1+ year of experience in client coordination, servicing, or support roles.

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Good at email drafting, MS Office, and data handling.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in tele calling or client support roles is a plus.

• Candidate must be knowing Cold Calling & Lead Generation, CRM Management & Data Entry, LinkedIn / Apollo.io / Google Meet Outreach, Excel / Google Sheets

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling and online prospecting tools.

• Manage and update CRM data accurately.

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities.

• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and Google Meet Info.

• Monitor inbound and outbound calls and ensure quality sales interactions.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

• Prepare reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
