Experience: 1–5 years (recruitment/BD/sales experience preferred)
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹17,000 per month + attractive incentives
About the Role:
We are a recruitment agency looking for a Client Sourcing Executive to find new companies, understand their hiring needs, and onboard them as our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Naukri, JustDial, IndiaMART and Google Maps
Connect with HRs, founders and hiring managers via calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn
Explain our recruitment services and understand client requirements
Fix meetings, negotiate terms and close deals
Share requirements with the recruitment team and follow up with clients
Maintain daily lead and follow-up records in Excel/CRM
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Confident in cold calling and negotiation
Target-oriented with good follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and LinkedIn
Targets:
5–8 client meetings per week
3–5 new clients onboarded per month
What We Offer:
Fixed salary ₹16,000–17,000 + incentives on every closed client
