Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Client Relationship Associates (CRA) to join our team at our Noida Sector 16 office.

The role involves communicating with customers, handling calls, maintaining accurate records, following company processes, and achieving assigned performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls professionally and courteously.

Communicate information clearly and effectively.

Maintain accurate customer and calling records.

Follow company scripts, guidelines, and processes.

Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

Maintain regular attendance and professional workplace conduct.

Requirements

12th Pass, Graduate, or Graduation Pursuing.

Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.

Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.

Willingness to work from the Noida Sector 16 office.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off
