Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, explaining services to potential clients/candidates, handling inquiries, maintaining records of conversations, and following up regularly. The Telecaller should have good communication skills, a polite and professional attitude, and the ability to convince and engage people over the phone. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to work in a target-oriented environment are preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
