We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Client Relationship Associate (CRA) / Tele caller to join our NGO fundraising team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential donors, building relationships, and raising funds to support social causes and initiatives run by the organization.
Make outbound calls to donors and prospective supporters.
Explain the mission, vision, and projects of the NGO clearly and confidently.
Persuade donors to contribute funds for social causes.
Maintain accurate records of calls, donor responses, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors.
Achieve daily and monthly fundraising targets.
Follow call scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain professional and ethical communication at all times.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Ability to convince and communicate confidently over calls.
NGO fundraising experience preferred but freshers are welcome.
Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems is an advantage.
