We are hiring female candidates for the Client Relationship Associate (CRA) profile. The role involves outbound telecalling, explaining NGO fundraising activities, communicating with potential donors, and encouraging donations to support the organization's initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to potential donors.

● Explain NGO activities, fundraising programs, and support initiatives.

Interview & Selection Process

The selection process consists of two rounds:

Round 1 – HR Interview

Candidates who successfully clear both rounds will be considered for joining, subject to completion of the required process and confirmation.

Joining Process
