Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Provide accurate information regarding immigration and visa processes
Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule consultations
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication
Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, and local language)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Customer-focused mindset
Active listening and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
0–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service
Experience in immigration industry is an added advantage
Familiarity with Navi Mumbai area preferred
