IICTN is a 25-year-old and growing institute hiring Career Counsellors for its Noida admission office. The role involves counselling students and working professionals for Beauty, Cosmetology, Skin Aesthetics programs, including certification, diploma, and UGC-approved bachelor’s and master’s degree courses.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling leads, explaining programs, managing follow-ups, and closing enrolments.

A minimum of 2 years of education counselling or admission telesales experience is mandatory, along with hands-on CRM usage for lead follow-ups and strong communication skills in English and Hindi.

This is a 6-day, work-from-office role based at Ithum Heights, Sector 62, Noida, offering a fixed salary of ₹25,000–₹45,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives linked to confirmed enrolments up to ₹50,000.
