Job Title : Career Counsellor.

Location : Churchgate

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Time : 9.30am to 6.30pm.

Job Description 

About the Role: 

• Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions. 

• Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information. 

• Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses. 

• Provide support to other departments at the centres as and when required. 

• Any other tasks/activities as and when assigned by the HOD/ Management. 

• Assisting Sr. Counsellor to convert Walk-ins to admissions. 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 

• Good communication and telephone etiquette are a must needed 

• Should have Good Convincing Skills. 

• Good in English Communication & basic of MS Office and to operate Google   

Qualification: - Graduate 

Years of Experience: - Fresher and Experience candidates (1-2 years )are welcomed
