• Coordinate with partner institutions, employers, and internal teams

• Maintain updated candidate data using CRM tools

Requirements:

• English communication is mandatory (spoken and written)

• Prior experience in student counselling or international recruitment is preferred

• Freshers with strong English skills and confidence are welcome

• Knowledge of German education or job market is an advantage

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / CRM systems

• Target-oriented and able to manage multiple leads efficiently
