Join our team as a Junior Quality Analyst! With up to 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for assessing customer interactions and ensuring they align with our quality standards. You’ll support agent performance improvement and contribute to maintaining exceptional customer service.
Assess calls, chats, and emails for quality and compliance with service standards.
Provide feedback and performance insights to agents.
Assist in generating performance reports to track quality metrics.
Support team training and quality initiatives for continuous improvement.
1-2 years of experience in quality analysis, preferably in a BPO environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic knowledge of quality assurance processes and customer service metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
