🔹 Role Overview:
As a Franchise Development Executive, you will play a key role in building and expanding our B2B network by identifying potential partners, presenting our solar franchise model, and driving conversions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential business partners
• Present and explain our franchise model effectively
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads
• Conduct meetings and close franchise deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to growth
🔹 Who Can Apply:
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Hindi + Basic English (additional languages are a plus)
• Interest in B2B sales / business development
• Experience: 0–2 years
• Freshers with a proactive and sales-driven mindset are welcome
• Immediate joiners preferred
