Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound sales calls from US customers
• Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build rapport with customers and address their requirements
• Handle objections and close sales effectively
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Follow up with leads and nurture customer relationships
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business goals
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process, BPO, Telecalling, or Sales
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong sales and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Comfortable working night shifts (US Process)
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Experience in stockbroking or financial services is an added advantage
Qualification
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
