This role is crucial for maintaining positive customer relationships and supporting key business operations across multiple processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and soft skills, as they will be handling a mix of sales (soft selling), collections (soft approach), welcome calling, and verification processes.Key Responsibilities * Soft Sales: Engage with potential customers in a friendly, persuasive manner to introduce and soft-sell products or services. Focus on understanding customer needs rather than aggressive selling. * Soft Collections: Contact customers with outstanding balances using a polite, empathetic, and professional approach to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve issues. Maintain a strong focus on customer retention and goodwill. * Welcome Calling: Proactively contact new customers/clients to welcome them aboard, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and answer initial queries. * Verification: Accurately and efficiently verify customer data, documents, or application details over the phone, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. * Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services in a professional and timely manner. * Documentation: Accurately log all call details, outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.Process Tie-upsThe successful candidate will be working on critical processes tied up with major financial institutions and corporations, including: * Tata * HDFC Bank * ICICI Bank * Poonawalla Fincorp * Bandhan Bank * Kotak Bank * And other potential partners.Qualifications and Skills * Excellent communication skills in [Specify Language, e.g., English, Hindi, Regional Language] – verbal * Exceptional soft skills, including empathy, patience, active listening, and conflict resolution. * Proven ability to handle challenging conversations (e.g., collections) with professionalism and a non-aggressive approach. * Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using CRM software (or ability to learn quickly). * Prior experience in a BPO, call center, customer service, or tele-calling role is a plus.Compensation and Benefits * Salary Range: ₹11,500 to ₹21,599 per month. * Note: The final salary package will be highly dependent on the candidate's experience, skill set, and performance during the interview process.
