Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Process Associate to handle customer interactions, manage leads, schedule appointments, and provide excellent support through voice, chat, and email. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam and be customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities
