Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through voice, email, or chat support.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate product/service information
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow company processes and quality standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
Excellent communication skills
Minimum 6 months experience in customer support (preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in shifts
Customer-focused and problem-solving attitude
HSC / Graduate
