🔹 Position: Telecalling Sales Executive

🔹 Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Telecalling / sales
  (Note: Customer care profiles are not considered)

• Must be fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory)

• Age limit: Up to 30 years

• Experience in any of the following NBFC products:

  • Personal Loan

  • Business Loan

  • Loan Against Property

  • Loan Against Shares

  • Credit Card

  • Insurance

  • Education Loan

• Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum: 12th pass with valid proof

  • OR 10th pass with a 3-year diploma from a recognized institute

🔹 Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: (based on experience)

• Medical Insurance: ₹5,00,000 coverage for spouse and 2 children (no co-pay)
  (Parents are covered upon elevation)

🔹 Interview Process:

• Duration: Approx. 10 minutes per candidate

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
