Call Center Executive

Job Summary

Qrelix is seeking proactive and results-driven Loan Recovery Associates to manage and recover overdue loans within its recovery portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring effective recovery while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned loan recovery accounts and follow up on overdue repayments

• Contact customers through phone calls, emails, and visits (where applicable) to discuss outstanding balances

• Negotiate and agree on feasible repayment plans with borrowers

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and recovery actions

• Monitor repayment commitments and follow up on defaults

• Escalate high-risk or non-performing accounts as required

• Ensure all recovery activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company guidelines

• Prepare periodic recovery reports and portfolio performance updates

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to improve recovery outcomes

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• Previous experience in loan recovery, collections, credit control, or banking is an added advantage

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial systems

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
