Inform customers about outstanding dues and payment deadlines
Negotiate settlements and repayment plans
Follow up on promised payments and closures
Maintain accurate call logs and recovery records
Meet daily and monthly recovery targets
Escalate critical cases to supervisors when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and recovery guidelines
