Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions/products accordingly.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients.
Record and update call logs and client information.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Ability to learn about products and services quickly.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
Fluency in Hindi and English.
Experience in [industry-specific sales, if any].
