Lead a 25+ member team to drive sales for secured (Home Loan, LAP) and unsecured (Personal Loan, Business Loan) products.

· Motivate and coach the team to generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from login to disbursal.

· Ensure team has strong product knowledge and sales skills.

· Drive sales process, achieve targets, and provide performance feedback.

· Utilize excellent communication and people management skills.

Mentor, coach, and develop team members to maximize performance.
