Job Title: Business Development Officer – Air Ambulance Services

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to promote and expand our Air Ambulance Services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue by promoting our critical care transport services domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, corporate companies, travel agencies, insurance firms, and government sectors.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, emergency departments, and key decision-makers.

• Generate leads, conduct presentations, and pitch services to potential clients.

• Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and tenders related to air ambulance services.

• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of transport services.

• Attend medical and healthcare conferences, networking events, and trade shows.

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and business forecasts.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service quality follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare or emergency medical services.

• Knowledge of medical transport or air ambulance services is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
