Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and manage B2B and B2C clients

  • Act as the main point of contact for client communication

  • Conduct meetings to understand client requirements

  • Maintain long-term client relationships

  • Regular follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings

  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams

  • Support business growth through networking and referrals

  • Maintain client records and basic documentation

  • Share updates and reports with management
