Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who will be responsible for lead generation through calling, client relationship management, and handling a sales team to achieve business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Calling

    • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and follow-ups.

    • Contact potential clients and explain company products/services.

    • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with interested clients.

  2. Client Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

    • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.

    • Maintain regular communication for client satisfaction and retention.

  3. Sales Target Achievement

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through team

    • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

  4. Team Handling

    • Manage and guide the sales/telecalling team.

    • Monitor team performance and motivate members to achieve targets.

    • Provide training and support to improve calling and sales skills.

  5. Reporting

    • Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales activities.

    • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.
