Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, developers, contractors, industries, government organizations, and institutional clients.

• Identify, approach, and convert prospective clients into long-term business opportunities.

• Generate enquiries for structural design, structural audits, property valuation, BIM, and allied engineering consultancy services.

• Prepare and submit professional quotations, company profiles, technical proposals, marketing flyers, presentations, and other business development documents.

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely proposal submission and client follow-ups.

• Execute digital and offline marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and business growth.

• Build and nurture a strong client network through meetings, calls, industry events, and referrals.

• Maintain CRM records, monitor sales pipeline, and achieve business development targets.

Desired Skills

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or consultancy sectors.

• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or basic graphic design tools will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
