Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Building & Process Implementation
Develop and establish a new sales channel within the company.
Lead, mentor, and train an inside sales team, instilling best practices and structured sales methodologies.
Formulate standard operating procedures based on industry best practices, specifically those utilized in the BPO/telesales environment.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
Manage the end-to-end conversion process for leads derived from email, WhatsApp campaigns, e-commerce inquiries, and dormant customer outreach.
Closely collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of campaigns and effectiveness of lead nurturing strategies.
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize sales funnel efficiency and reduce customer acquisition costs.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Ensure all customer interactions are timely, professional, and personalized.
Manage and resolve escalated customer queries effectively.
Strengthen customer relationships through consistent follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
4. Analytics & Continuous Improvement
Regularly monitor and analyze critical sales metrics, including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, sales revenue, and gross margin.
Leverage CRM and dialer systems to track performance, improve operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making.
Prepare actionable insights and detailed sales performance reports for management review.
