Telesales Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Nitsa Holidays. This role involves

1 Manage and lead the tele-sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2 Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.

3 Identify potential clients and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

4 Allocate leads among team members and monitor lead conversion and follow-up activities.

5 Train, guide, and motivate the tele-sales team to improve sales performance.

6 Monitor daily call volumes, customer interactions, lead status, and conversion ratios.

7 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

8 Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services accordingly.

9 Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

10 Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales reports, and performance dashboards.

11 Track team KPIs such as calls, leads generated, meetings scheduled, conversions, and revenue.

12 Follow up with prospective clients to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

13 Identify new markets, customer segments, and business development opportunities.

14 Handle customer queries, objections, and escalations professionally.

15 Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve team productivity.

16 Ensure proper updating of customer and lead information in CRM systems.

17 Conduct regular team meetings to review targets, performance, and sales strategies.

18 Coordinate with management to develop and execute business development plans.

19 Achieve individual and team revenue targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
