A Real Estate Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves market research, client relationship management, property showcasing, and closing deals while ensuring legal and financial compliance.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market

Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties

Conduct property visits and site tours for clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers

Maintain a database of available properties and prospective clients

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations

Prepare and manage necessary documentation and agreements

Coordinate with banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
